Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations on or before January 9th, 2027: 50% refund of total fees.
Cancellations after February 1st, 2027: No refunds will be issued.

3. Accommodations & Schedule

Classes run Wednesday morning at 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Evening activities are scheduled. Onsite arrival check-in begins Monday, Feb. 8th after 4:00 PM. Final check-out is Sunday, Feb. 14th, 2027 by 3:00 PM.

Kitchen & Grocery Details: Two specific formal meals are fully provided in your academy tuition. Most other regular meals are not included; you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own personal groceries. A complete kitchen layout equipped with a full refrigerator is fully accessible to students for preparing, storing, and making your daily choices.
